Injuries are again starting to build up for Buffalo Bills linebacker Matt Milano.
According to reports from the team’s practice on Tuesday, Milano exited the field early and stopped participating in the workout due to injury. Milano did not leave the sideline and go to the locker room, but there is still concern as it appears he sustained an arm injury:
The way he’s shaking out his arm & testing it with a push up, wonder if he didn’t hit the funny bone & it lingered.
Trainer is also pushing on the inside portion of elbow where the nerve runs.
Could be other things but that’s my first thought based on the limited info we have. https://t.co/i3M1Uf6lNo

Milano, 30, could see positive news soon since he did not leave the field–but that is never set in stone. In addition, he did not re-injury his previous season-ending leg injury from last season which is another plus.
However, Milano’s return is one of the most anticipated storylines in Buffalo ahead of the upcoming season.
Following Milano apparent injury, the team did not yet confirm the injury. Anything slowing that will be a bump in the road.
The last time Milano completed a full season was 2022. He was named a first-team, All-Pro that year.
