The rookie running back took a terrible hit as Allen missed him downfield
Buffalo Bills running back Ray Davis took a vicious hit from Denver Broncos safety Brandon Jones as quarterback Josh Allen targeted the running back on a 2nd & 12 play.
Davis laid motionless while teammates waved frantically for medical staff to rush to his aid and a backboard was prepared. However, after just moments, Davis was on his feet and headed to the locker room with the assistance of training staff.

The Broncos were penalized 15 yards on the play. Allen was upset that he had led too far, putting Davis in harm’s way, and Jones took full responsibility for the hit.
