The Buffalo Bills are in cruise control ahead of this season’s playoffs, having locked up the AFC East weeks ago and now set as the two seed in the AFC. Where hope once sprang eternal, not playoff spring for Bills Mafia.
Bills Country is firmly in the hands of Allentown, and no one will convince the fan base that any player is more important to their team than quarterback Josh Allen is to One Bills Drive. And against the New York Jets in Week 17, Allen once again reminder folks just what he means to Buffalo’s fortunes.
In the wake of that 40-14 win, plenty of people have said Josh Allen didn’t put together enough of an MVP-like performance — mostly because some are far too concerned with stats. Sure, numbers do matter. Like the final score, and the stats put up by the Bills’ defense against a well-past-his-prime Aaron Rodgers. It wasn’t until Tyrod Taylor entered the game that the Jets found the end zone late in the fourth quarter.
So how are you feeling about the Buffalo Bills — are you confident in the team’s current direction and thus the work that head coach Sean McDermott, general manager Brandon Beane, and their respective teams have done to build this year’s roster?
