The Delaware to Cuse pipeline is restocked
With some of the 2025 Syracuse Orange recruits arriving to campus this week, Fran Brown and staff continued to add to the 2026 class.
Wide receiver BJ Garrett from Middletown, Delaware committed to join Syracuse. He chose the Orange over offers from Maryland, Pitt, West Virginia, Rutgers and Virginia Tech, among others. The 6’3” receiver is a three star recruit who is considered one of the top five players in Delaware. Garrett had 45 catches for 680 yards and six touchdowns this past season and here’s a look at him in action:
Also committing over the weekend was Camden, NJ offensive lineman Joseph “JoJo” White. The 6’5” White is unranked by the recruiting services and had only the Syracuse offer, but Orange coaches saw him in-person at camp last summer.
